hey! that's where my hubby and I were thinking about for an optional spring break getaway  hmmm... but I wouldnt' want to go to a chinatown or koreantown.. if you learn about asian american history you don't wanna be there anymore lol.. and i heard those peoples are very shady too.. |

Populating the Abandoned Areas of Music Central

central park is very beautiful. and the usual, Ellis island, statue of liberty, empire state building you might find a few good places to shoot at ground zero times square is very beautiful at night south street seaport, strawberry fields if you're interested, Broadway is awesome. i had the chance to see hairspray while i was there. walk across Brooklyn bridge at night well... i think all of NYC is awesome.. for sure, you'll take a lot of pictures because that's what i did when i was there! however, half my pictures were lost/corrupted... it was quite sad. oh yeah! make sure you take one of those double-decker bus tours! i know, it's very tourist-like. but it was actually quite fun when i went, but maybe just because we had a funny tour guide. Experience all that you can. I <3 NYC oh. but i wouldn't spend that much time in china town if i were you. when i was there, it just reminded me of the flea market. there wasn't anything much that i hadn't seen before-- but it was fun seeing people bargain prices... and sell bootleg dvds.. i was the only asian in my group, so i stood out, but blended in, if you know what i mean. |

never been there but my hubby said tat ny is EXPENSIVE...and those cab drivers doesn't stop for noone..they rather ran u over..but i heared time square is nice
